The Certificate Training in Responsible Operations – RMG (CTRO-RMG) course is tailored specifically for floor/Production Managers and store managers in RMG and associated Textile Manufacturing companies, equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and strategies to lead their teams in adopting sustainable practices, maintaining compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Course Duration

This course is designed to include lectures and interactive sessions and will be completed within One Day (9 AM – 6 PM).

Training Modules & Program Agenda

This course is divided into the following Modules for better understanding, which will be all covered within the speculated course duration.

9:00AM - 9:30AM: Registering, Coffee and Networking

Participants from RMG sectors all over the country register their attendance and meet each other, prepping themselves for the exciting day ahead.

9:30AM - 11:30AM: • Module 1: Introduction to Compliance and Sustainability

Importance of compliance in global RMG markets.
Key principles of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) for RMG.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Ethical labor practices and community engagement.

11:30AM - 1:30AM: Module 2: Department-Specific Responsibilities

Managing production efficiency while minimizing waste.
Ensuring worker safety and adherence to labor standards.
Managing Worker Behavior and Promoting a Positive Work Culture
Inventory management for minimal waste and traceability.
Storage of hazardous materials and compliance with safety standards.
Documentation and material traceability for Sustainability, ESG reporting and audits.

1:30PM - 2:30PM: Lunch & Prayer Break

2:30PM - 4:30PM: Module 3: Sustainability in Day-to-Day Operations

Environmental Practices:

Energy and water efficiency in production.
Waste segregation, recycling, and carbon footprint reduction.

Social Practices:

Promote gender equity and worker welfare.
Address worker grievances effectively.

Governance Practices:

Ensure transparent records and audit readiness.
Monitor and report compliance violations.

4:30PM - 6:30PM: Module 4: Practical Implementation and Case Studies

Simple methods for monitoring compliance in daily operations.
Use of digital tools (ERP systems, IoT) for inventory and production tracking.
Examples of successful compliance and sustainability in RMG factories.

6:30PM - 7:00PM: Closing Remarks, Certificate Ceremony & Group Pictures

Chief Guests and Participating Facilitators give their closing remarks, and award the certificates to all participants. Photos are taken to commemorate the day.

7:00PM - 7:30PM: Coffee & Networking
