By enrolling in any of our training sessions or academic programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration & Payment
- Payment must be made before the registration deadline mentioned on the course page.
- Late or incomplete payments may result in cancellation of enrollment or restricted access.
2. Access & Participation
- Course materials and access credentials will only be provided after full payment.
- A minimum attendance of 80% is mandatory for multi-day and long-term programs.
- Active engagement in assignments, group work, and discussions is required.
3. Withdrawal & Penalties
- Payments made are otherwise non-refundable once the program starts, unless specified in the Refund Policy.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only offered for cancellations made prior to the course start date. Details are outlined in the Return and Refund Policy.
5. Re-Enrollment
- Courses must be completed within their scheduled time frame.
- Re-enrollment and payment of applicable fees are required for continuation after a lapse or failure to complete on time.
6. Substitutions & Deferrals
- Enrollment is non-transferable to other individuals.
- Deferrals to a future batch may be allowed upon written request and subject to approval.
7. Code of Conduct
- All participants must uphold academic integrity and adhere to the ethical standards of ESG Institute Bangladesh.
- Misconduct, plagiarism, or disruptive behavior may lead to removal without refund.
8. Institutional Rights
ESG Institute Bangladesh reserves the right to make changes to schedules, policies, and fees with reasonable prior notice.
