This course guides companies in developing sustainable internal infrastructure. Key topics include energy efficiency, digital transformation, sustainable procurement, waste reduction, and employee engagement. Participants will learn practical strategies to implement eco-friendly practices, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of sustainability, ultimately creating a more efficient and profitable internal environment.
This course is designed to include lectures and interactive sessions, and will be completed within Three Days (9AM-5PM).
This course is divided into the following Modules for better understanding, which will be all covered within the speculated course duration.
Lecture Title: Reducing Energy Consumption
Case Study/Workshop: Analyzing a company’s energy audit report and developing an action plan to reduce energy consumption.
Group Activity: Teams brainstorm and present innovative ideas to further enhance energy efficiency in their own office environments.
Lecture Title: Leveraging Digital Tools
Case Study/Workshop: Reviewing a company’s transition to a paperless office and evaluating the environmental and operational impacts.
Group Activity: Participants create a digital transformation plan for their departments, focusing on sustainability.
Lecture Title: Eco-Friendly Sourcing
Case Study/Workshop: Examining a company’s sustainable procurement strategy and its outcomes.
Group Activity: Teams develop a sustainable procurement policy for their organization, including a list of preferred suppliers.
Lecture Title: Effective Waste Management
Case Study/Workshop: Analyzing a successful waste reduction initiative and identifying key success factors.
Group Activity: Participants design a waste reduction campaign for their office, including promotional materials and implementation plans.
Lecture Title: Engaging Employees in Sustainability
Case Study/Workshop: Reviewing a company’s employee engagement program focused on sustainability and its impact on company culture.
Group Activity: Teams develop an employee engagement plan to promote sustainability within their organization, including activities and incentives.
Upon successful completion of the workshop, participants will receive a certificate of completion from the ESG Institute.
This program is for corporate leaders, sustainability officers, procurement and operations teams and HR specialists. It aims to equip them with strategies to develop sustainable internal infrastructure, enhance energy efficiency, leverage digital tools, adopt eco-friendly procurement, reduce waste, and engage employees in sustainability practices.
Participants should have a basic understanding of sustainability (like having completed our Foundation Course or equivalent), knowledge of company operations, digital literacy, and an interest in environmental impact. These prerequisites will help them effectively engage with the course material and apply sustainable strategies within their organization.
