Shadman Sakib Anik is the founder of ESG Institute Bangladesh — Bangladesh's only dedicated ESG education and advisory institute — and author of two practical guides for sustainability professionals. He has trained over 300 ESG and sustainability professionals, led sustainability report engagements for listed and multinational companies, and holds accreditations including CBEC Canada, IFRS FSA Authorized Education Provider, and UNGCNB Institutional Partner status.


This book emerged from the real work: the late evenings translating generic AI guidance into something that could survive contact with a CSRD gap analysis. The result is not the glamorous version of that process. It is the useful one.
