Examination rules
Read and accept the rules below before your examination is released.
This practice examination runs under live examination conditions.
- You have to answer questions. The timer starts the moment you begin and does not stop.
- Closing this window, losing your connection or switching devices does not pause the timer. Time continues to run.
- You may not leave your chair. No breaks of any kind, including the restroom.
- No notes, study guides, printed material or open browser tabs. Your desk must be clear.
- Mobile devices, headphones, watches and jewellery must be out of reach.
- No food, drink or gum.
- No one may enter your workspace while you are testing.
- Physical calculators and scratch paper are not permitted. Use the on-screen calculator and whiteboard provided.
- One monitor only. All other applications must be closed.
Scoring
- Multiple-answer questions state how many options to select and are all or nothing. Partial selections earn nothing.
- There is no negative marking. An unanswered question scores zero exactly as a wrong answer does — never leave a question blank.
- You may flag questions and return to them at any point before you end the examination.
Result reporting. Your pass/fail outcome appears on screen immediately after you submit, as it does on exam day.
The pass threshold applied here is — an ESG Institute Bangladesh estimate for practice purposes only. The IFRS Foundation does not publish the official passing score.
