We recognize that unforeseen changes in schedules can happen. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
Refund Structure
- 50% Refund: For cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the course or event start date.
- 10% Refund: For cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the course or event start date.
- No Refund: For cancellations on or after the start date, or for failure to attend.
Post-Start Withdrawals
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to esginstitutebd@gmail.com.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
Transaction or service charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
